Reiki is a Japanese term, and translated literally, means "universal energy directed by divine intelligence." Reiki is a healing modality rediscovered in Japan nearly 100 years ago. Reiki clients remain clothed as the Reiki practitioner channels universal energy through their crown chakra and out their hands into the client's energy field. Reiki re-sets the client's natural healing process. Clients often report feeling balanced, relaxed and energized after Reiki sessions.
Participants will
- Learn the history of Reiki
- Understand the basics of the human energy field, including chakras
- Receive four Level 1 attunements
- Discover the importance of creating sacred space
- Develop the ability to focus intention
- Practice basic Reiki procedures and individuals and groups
- Learn important self-care techniques
- Receive a Manual and a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Certificate
