As beings created by the creative force of the universe, we all have access to an unlimited source of energy. While the current scientific understanding of the material world recognizes that everything that exists is energy vibrating at various frequencies, our Western belief system has not caught up with the scientific understanding. Humans can retain or develop the ability to access Source energy and guide it in ways that promote light, life and love. One label for this work is "energy work." Tom has spent years training and practicing in energy work. His energy work sessions provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation to assist individuals in living their life to the fullest. Energy work sessions are useful to get through difficult times as well as to maintain optimal functioning. Sessions are done fully clothed in any position, and usually on a massage table. Sessions can be done in person or at a distance and are very unobtrusive and calming.
Tom's training includes Healing Touch, Usui Reiki, and Komyo Reiki.
Tom received Level 1 Healing Touch training from Penny Hanson in 2000 in Iowa.
Tom received Usui Reiki training at the Windemere Institute of Healing Arts, under Reiki Master Barbara Neebel Meier and Reiki Master Lyrea Crawford. He has reached the Shinpiden (Master/Teacher) Reiki level and has completed an apprenticeship and has been certified as a Shinpiden (Master/Teacher) in Usui Reiki. He taught Usui Reiki at Windemere from 2003-2008.
Tom received Komyo Reiki training from Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei in 2008 and has been certified as a Shinpiden (Master/Teacher) in Komyo Reiki.
